MTSFL REFERRAL PROGRAM

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in the MTS Florida, LLC Referral Program. By participating in the program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

​

Eligibility:

​

1.1 The MTS Florida, LLC Referral Program (the "Program") is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

​

1.2 Employees, contractors, and affiliates of MTS Florida, LLC, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Program.

​

 Referral Process:

​

2.1 To participate in the Program, individuals (the "Referrers") must refer a business (the "Referred Business") to MTS Florida, LLC for Managed Services.

 

2.2 Referrers must provide the name, contact information, and relevant details of the Referred Business to MTS Florida, LLC through the designated referral process.

 

2.3 The Referred Business must not be an existing client of MTS Florida, LLC or have been previously referred by another Referrer.

 

2.4 Referrers may refer multiple businesses, subject to the conditions mentioned herein.

 

 Reward:

 

3.1 If the Referred Business signs up for a Managed Services agreement with MTS Florida, LLC, meets all eligibility requirements, and maintains an active account in good standing for a minimum of 90 days, the Referrer will be eligible to receive a $100 incentive in the form of a pre-paid debit card or gift card to the vendor of the Referrers choice.

 

3.2 The reward will be issued to the Referrer within 30 days of the Referred Business meeting the eligibility criteria mentioned in clause 3.1.

 

3.3 The reward is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be provided.

Referral Program Guidelines:

 

4.1 By participating in the Program, Referrers agree to act in good faith and not engage in any fraudulent or misleading activities.

 

4.2 Referrers shall not use spam or unauthorized methods to refer businesses to MTS Florida, LLC. Referrals must be made to businesses with genuine interest and consent.

 

4.3 Referrers shall not misrepresent MTS Florida, LLC's products, services, or incentives to the Referred Business.

 

4.4 MTS Florida, LLC reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or fraudulent activities related to referrals and may disqualify Referrers and Referred Businesses found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.

Modification and Termination:

 

5.1 MTS Florida, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

 

5.2 In the event of termination, Referrers will be eligible for rewards only for successfully referred businesses that have met the eligibility criteria mentioned in clause 3.1 prior to the termination date.

 

 Litigation:

6.1 In the event that any litigation or legal action arises in connection with the MTS Florida, LLC Referral Program, the Referrer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MTS Florida, LLC from any and all claims, damages, expenses, and liabilities, including attorney's fees and court costs, incurred as a result of such litigation or legal action.

 

6.2 The Referrer acknowledges and agrees that if they initiate any legal proceedings against MTS Florida, LLC, including but not limited to disputes arising from the Referral Program, the Referrer will be solely responsible for any and all legal fees and expenses incurred by MTS Florida, LLC in defending against such legal proceedings.

6.3 In the event of any litigation arising from or related to the MTSFL Referral Program, both parties agree that the venue for such proceedings shall exclusively be in Marion County, Florida. Any disputes, claims, or controversies between the parties shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Marion County, Florida, for any such litigation or proceedings.

 

 Privacy:

7.1 MTS Florida, LLC respects the privacy of Referrers and Referred Businesses. All personal information collected during the referral process will be used in accordance with MTS Florida, LLC's Privacy Policy.

By participating in the MTS Florida, LLC Referral Program, Referrers acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
